By creating an account on TherapyFlow, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all therapists who register and use TherapyFlow to manage their practice.

TherapyFlow is a practice management tool for independent therapists. It provides scheduling, client management, payment tracking, SMS appointment reminders, and related features. The platform is intended for professional use by licensed or practicing therapists.

By using TherapyFlow's SMS features, you agree to the following:

• You will only add client phone numbers for individuals who have given their explicit verbal or written consent to receive SMS messages from your practice.
• You are responsible for obtaining and documenting client consent before enabling SMS for any client.
• SMS messages sent through TherapyFlow are limited to appointment reminders, booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and balance notifications.
• Clients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You must honor all opt-out requests immediately.
• Message and data rates may apply to your clients depending on their carrier plan.
• You may not use TherapyFlow's SMS system to send unsolicited, promotional, or non-appointment-related messages.

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• The accuracy of all client information you enter into the system
• Obtaining proper SMS consent from clients before enabling messaging
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding client data and communications
• Ensuring client session notes and records comply with your professional obligations

Each therapist account is fully isolated. Your client data, sessions, payments, and notes are private to your account and are not accessible by other therapists or third parties.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

TherapyFlow uses Stripe to process payments. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. TherapyFlow does not store full card numbers or payment credentials.

You may not use TherapyFlow to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Store or transmit illegal content
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to access another therapist's data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

TherapyFlow is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding uptime or uninterrupted service. TherapyFlow is not liable for any missed appointments, undelivered SMS messages, or data loss resulting from technical issues beyond our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
